Robert focuses his practice on investor visas as well as first and second preference employment-based petitions. He represents those with extraordinary abilities in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics whose entry will be in the national interest of the United States. Among them are outstanding researchers and professors, healthcare professionals, and those with advanced degrees.
He has authored numerous articles on immigration polices, provided significant analysis of immigration legislation and has served as a panelist on the Health Care Staffing Summit.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville, Florida; and a Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
