What equipment do I need to participate in a Webinar?

1. A computer 2. Internet access 3. A phone line for listening to the teleconference portion (unless your computer/laptop includes a build in microphone)

What can I expect after registration?

Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your registration. You will also receive a link to test your computer system with the system providing the webinar. Conduct the test to ensure that the systems are compatible. You may receive reminders prior to the date of the program. On the day of the webinar you will receive an e-mail providing you the link for the program and the toll-free number to call. Arrange to go log in online about 10 minutes prior to the webinar start time.
