USCIS Postpones H-1B Export Control Certification

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) updated its H-1B cap count on November 26, 2010.   Here are the most recent cap numbers: Regular H-1B Cap:  50,400 U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 18,400 The regular H-1B cap is set at 65,000 and the Advanced Degree cap is set at 20,000. USCIS Extends TPS for Somalia
