The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) updated its Fiscal Year 2012 H-1B cap count as of June 13, 2011. Here are the most recent cap numbers: 1) Regular H-1B Cap: 15,200 and 2) U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 10,200. USCIS to Accept FY2012 H-1B Filings on April 1st

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it will start accepting H-1B petitions subject to the fiscal year (FY) 2012 cap on April 1, 2011.
