The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) updated its Fiscal Year 2012 H-1B cap count as of April 29, 2011.   Here are the most recent cap numbers: Regular H-1B Cap:  9,200 U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 6,600 The regular H-1B cap is set at 65,000 and the Advanced Degree cap is set at 20,000.
