DOS Releases February 2011 Visa Bulletin

U.S. Department of State released the February 2011 Visa Bulletin.  Here’s how things have changed since January.

Employment-Based Category Two (EB-2):

  • China – advanced 1 month
  • India – did not advance

Employment-Based Category Three (EB-3)

  • All Other Chargeability Areas – advanced 10 days
  • China – advanced 15 days
  • India – advanced 21 days
  • Philippines – advanced 10 days
  • Mexico – advanced 2 months and 20 days
