On December 22, 2010, the United States CitizenshipThe country in which a person is born (and has not renounced or lost citizenship) or naturalized and to which that person owes allegiance and by which he or she is entitled to be protected. and Immigration Services (USCIS) postponed a requirement that H-1B, L-1A, and O-1A petitioners certify their compliance with export control regulations. Petitioners will not be required to complete Part 6 of Form I-129 until February 20, 2011.
