Employment-Based Category Three (EB-3)

  • All Other Chargeability Areas – advanced 6 months
  • China – advanced 1 months
  • Dominican Republic – advanced 6 months
  • India – stayed the same
  • Philippines – advanced 6 months
  • Mexico – Unavailable
