The United States CitizenshipThe country in which a person is born (and has not renounced or lost citizenship) or naturalized and to which that person owes allegiance and by which he or she is entitled to be protected. and Immigration Service updated its H-1B cap count on May 14, 2010. Here are the numbers:
Regular H-1B Cap: 18,000
U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 8,100
This represents slight increase in H-1B filings since our last update. Employers can continue to file new H-1B cases for their foreign professional employees.
