The United States CitizenshipThe country in which a person is born (and has not renounced or lost citizenship) or naturalized and to which that person owes allegiance and by which he or she is entitled to be protected. and Immigration Service updated its H-1B cap count on April 27, 2010. Here are the numbers:
Regular H-1B Cap: 16,500
U.S. Masters H-1B Cap: 6,900
This represents only a slight increase since our update on April 22, 2010. Employers can continue to file new H-1B cases for their foreign professional employees.
