Only 1300 H-1Bs Left

The federally mandated cap for Fiscal Year 2010 is 65,000. When taking into account that 6,800 H-1B numbers are reserved for nationals of Chile and Singapore, that means only 1300 H-1Bs are left. It is likely that the H-1B numbers will run out in a week.
