Pam Prather, Corporate Immigration Specialist, focuses on the corporate immigration side at Bashyam Spiro LLP providing an uncompromised level of customer service. Her direct and individual contact with corporate clients allows an on-going conduit of information allowing clients to remain completely informed. She works closely with Corporate Counsel and Human Resource professionals to ensure compliance with immigration laws and is a skillful client educator.
Detail oriented, well versed in corporate immigration, and with strong allegiance to clients, Pam provides a vital and important aspect to the firm – “Tunza” (a word meaning to treat with care in Kiswahili, a regional language of Kenya). Her efforts have made Bashyam & Spiro clients feel not only cared for but valued.
Like her peers at Bashyam Spiro LLP, she leads with her heart. Her dedication to enriching lives goes beyond her hours at Bashyam & Spiro. Pam spends her spare time helping Montagnard (indigenous tribesman of the central highlands in Vietnam) and other refugees adjust to life in the United States.
Pam earned her BS degree in Psychology. She completed the Legal Assistant Program at Meredith College, an ABA-approved postAmerican Embassy, consulate or other diplomatic mission abroad. Not all American embassies, consulates and missions are visa-issuing posts.-graduate program. She has worked as an immigration paralegal since September 1999, and previous to that spent six years as Business Manager for a large church.
